Lake Fun at Stillwater Landing for Ticket Holders 1-5p
Ticket holders and their families are welcome to come enjoy the beautiful grounds, dock, and lake activities at Stillwater Landing from 1p-5p. Please limit your guests to those you consider “family.”
The nearby Stillwater Bar has a public boat launch and you can dock at Stillwater Landing for the day!
SUPs, canoes, kayaks, etc. are welcome too!
Free Kids Program 5:30-9:00p
RSVP REQUIRED (space is limited) for this on site mini camp for your kids just down the lake shore from our dinner event! The kids activities are only available to children of adult ticket holders. Email registrar@ravenwoodolc.org to save your spot!
Social Hour, Music, Apps, and Silent Auction 5:30p-7p
Enjoy the wonderful music of Tom Catmull while you bid and enjoy delicious appetizers, drinks, and conversation on the shores of Stillwater Lake.

Live Auction and Coin Flip Raffle 8:30-9p
We’ll be listing our live auction items here, check back as we get closer to the date for details!
We’ll spice up our raffle by playing our annual “coin flip” game to determine the winner. Stay tuned for prize details!
Venue and Directions
Stillwater Landing is a private venue. The property address is 6825 Highway 93, Whitefish, MT 59937 (about 20 minutes drive west and north of Whitefish)
Guests are asked to enter through the main gate on the left, just before the guardrail begins (it’s the third private drive on the left after you pass the Stillwater Bar entry)
The parking area is a flat few minute’s walk along the lakeshore from where the event takes place. Please contact registrar@ravenwoodolc.org in advance if you’d like a shuttle ride from the parking area.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your ticket(s) and receive a refund minus processing fees at any point until one day before the event begins (refund cutoff is July 7, 2023). Log in to your eventbrite.com account to process your refund.
